Upstreamers are an exceptional team of good women and men, with honour, integrity and unbreakable bonds, setting impossible goals, determined to make it, no matter what. Unstoppable. Making history.
When joining Upstream 3 years ago, I had the expectation of working with people from multiple countries and nationalities. Not only that materialized in the best way possible but also created an opportunity for me to relocate from our Rio de Janeiro office to the HQ in Athens. Making the decision to work for Upstream allowed me to embrace new challenges, deal with amazing people and experience three different roles and two different office environments in a considerably short period of time – so I think I can say that joining the company was a correct call, right?
I can recall many special days at Upstream, such as successful application launches, fixing challenging problems, our latest hackathon competition but without doubt, the best day was a sunshine morning at Olympus mountain with my colleagues during the Upstream Challenge event.
