LONDON, 16 July 2014<\/b> \u2013<\/b>\u00a0Upstream, the world leader in mobile monetization, announced today the \u201cUpstream Olympus Challenge\u201d, a 3-day ascent to the mount Olympus in Northern Greece. Twenty Upstreamers will hike on one of Europe\u2019s most ancient and spectacular trails,\u00a0while raising money for a number of charities focusing on childhood and family support programs.<\/p>\n

Upstream, continuing its long history of supporting charity initiatives, is happy to report that the \u201cUpstream Olympus Challenge\u201d will raise vital funds and awareness for 5 different non-profit organizations, Actionaid<\/a>, Elpida<\/a>,\u00a0Floga<\/a>, Praksi<\/a> and KinderZukunft<\/a>, all of which have a special meaning to Upstream employees. More specifically, 5 fundraising champions from the group of Upstreamers that will participate in the \u201cOlympus Challenge\u201d will raise money for the charity of their choice, spreading the word of charitable giving to those in need.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first time I read about the support that Floga provides to families with children suffering from neoplastic disease, I felt compelled to do something for them. What could be a better chance than ascending Olympus?\u201d, commented\u00a0Elli Leno<\/b><\/a>, Campaign Manager.<\/p>\n

Miltos Vlachogiannis<\/b><\/a>, Applications Administrator, said, \u201c Climbing mountain Olympos is more than a fun activity for me. It is a great chance to take action and inspire people to support Actionaid.\u201d<\/p>\n

Alex Isaia<\/b><\/a>, Content Strategy Director, added, \u201cBeing a father of two, I can understand how important is to help children in need. Everyone\u2019s gesture can change the life of a child. And this is more than enough.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cReaching the top of Olympus is not an easy task, but it will be a piece of cake if I persuade everyone to donate at least some money to Praskis\u201d, said\u00a0Valia Tsoeidaki<\/b><\/a>, Campaign Manager.<\/p>\n
