She will also support the creation and standardisation of global best practice HR policies, systems and tools across all of the company\u2019s international offices in London, Athens, Rome, Dubai, Bucharest, Singapore and Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Collins has 15 years experience in the HR and employee relations industry, having previously held senior, international roles at Juniper Networks and Microsoft Singapore. Collins also worked at Cisco Systems across Asia-Pacific in Corporate Philanthropy, for the Cisco Networking Academy Program. Previously, Collins held roles at 3Com in both Sydney and Singapore building organisational capability across business units in Asia-Pacific.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe addition of Robyn to the team marks a very significant period for Upstream and a commitment to delivering the highest quality services to our customers,\u201d commented Alex Vratskides, CEO of Upstream. \u201cUpstream has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious growth plans, so Robyn\u2019s ability to attract and maintain the very best talent in the field of mobile marketing and technology will play an important role in our growing success.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>Robyn Collins commented: \u201cUpstream is a pioneer in mobile marketing, working with some of the biggest blue-chip brands and operators in the world.
