Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and London, UK: September 12, 2011 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Upstream, the global mobile marketing technology and solutions provider, today announced the opening of new regional headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil that will offer a hub for mobile-marketing expertise for Latin American carriers and brands.<\/p>\n

Upstream\u2019s existing clients in Latin America, such asPersonal<\/a>\u00a0in Argentina,\u00a0TIM<\/a>\u00a0in Brazil,\u00a0Comcel<\/a>\u00a0in Colombia and others, have used Upstream\u2019s\u00a0Marketing Communications Suite<\/a>\u00a0(MCS) technology platform to achieve the highest levels of customer engagement, response and conversion in their mobile-marketing programs.<\/p>\n

Diego Benavides, Vice-President, Upstream is heading the company\u2019s Latin American operations and has hired a team of technology and client services experts to support the growing client list.<\/p>\n
