LONDON, 31 AUGUST 2011 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Upstream, the global mobile marketing technology and solutions provider, has been shortlisted for the\u00a0Database Marketing Awards 2011.<\/a>\u00a0Judges selected the company\u2019s\u00a0Marketing Technology Platform<\/a>\u00a0as one of three products eligible to win the \u2018Excellence in Database Marketing-related Software\/Solutions\u2019 category.<\/p>\n

Created to recognise and reward excellence in the database marketing industry, the awards are due to be held at the spectacular Brewery venue in Central London on the evening of 12th September 2011.<\/p>\n

The entry recognises Upstream\u2019s technology as a highly flexible and sophisticated platform which uses customer data to deliver an extensive range of mobile marketing campaigns to generate high levels of consumer response and incremental revenue for clients. The use of the technology as part of a concerted database marketing strategy has been found to consistently improve customer response rates by over 100 percent.<\/p>\n
