Mobile marketing campaigns powered by Upstream’s platform achieve a 25x Return on Investment (ROI) for Brazilian fashion company
São Paulo, October 13, 2022 –Increasing digital sales and building a strong customer base are the main goals for companies focusing on e-commerce. Looking for digital growth, popular shoes and fashion retailer, DiGaspi increases eCommerce sales and reduces cart abandonment rates, by putting its trust in Upstream, a global specialist in mobile marketing automation.
Utilizing Upstream’s mobile marketing automation platform, Grow, DiGaspi increased eCommerce sales, achieving a 25x Return on Investment (ROI) in the first 2.5 months of the campaign running. Upstream’s online campaigns collected 12,000 contacts from its website visitors -with their consent-, significantly growing DiGaspi’s mobile marketing database and increasing the brand’s reach to retarget its customers.
“The results we are getting for our eCommerce clients are amazing. Mobile marketing is here to stay and we are glad to see more and more brands adopting our solutions. Working with DiGaspi and being a part of their digital growth has been absolutely amazing”, says Patrick Marquart, Upstream’s Head of Enterprise Sales.
Following the development of a new mobile customer database, Upstream delivered highly targeted and engaging pop-up and SMS marketing campaigns, that contributed to DiGaspi’s digital sales by 6.4%. With Upstream’s mobile marketing solution, the fashion company was also able to reduce shopping cart abandonment rates, sending automated and personalized SMS reminders with incentives, such as discounts, for the users to complete their purchases.
“Upstream’s solutions and their constant support towards helping us become more successful every day were essential for our company’s online growth. DiGaspi increases eCommerce sales and has started building a close relationship with its customers, communicating with them in a more personal way on their mobile phone”, says Ricardo Oliveira, DiGaspi Ecommerce Manager.
According to data from the platform, the average value of orders arriving through Grow is 18.5% higher than the average value of the rest of the orders in the online store in the same period. “This demonstrates that our text messaging strategy is in line with the customers’ needs. Through our marketing automation platform, we structure a plan that seeks to provide the users with relevant and useful content”, says Patrick Marquart.
