Athens, July 21, 2022 – Upstream, a global specialist in mobile marketing automation, has signed The Greek Diversity Charter, furthering its long standing commitment to promoting inclusion with equal opportunities at work regardless of gender, age, color, disability, origin, and sexual orientation.
The signing of the Charter took place in Athens in the presence of Deni Plessa, HR Director of Upstream, and Stavros Milionis, founder of Diversity Charter Greece and President of KEAN – Cell of Alternative Youth Activities. .
The Diversity Charter is an initiative of the European Commission to promote diversity in business, which is implemented in Greece by KEAN and Diversity Charter Greece. Its aim is to raise awareness, educate and function as a means of commitment for the implementation of equality, equal opportunities, and diversity in every working environment.
On the occasion of Upstream signing the Diversity Charter, George Serfiotis, the company’s CFO, said: "Upstream, from its very foundation, is a multicultural entity by design and equality is deep rooted in our DNA.
